This is the time we utilize to understand the state of your hair. Questions are asked and your hair is assessed from porosity, elasticity, and hair texture, etc.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a minimum of 24hrs notice must be made via email or text. Any no shows your deposit will NOT BE REFUNDED.
